Order Status
I provided the wrong address on my order.
  Email us or send in a ticket immediately with your name (the name on the order summary), Order ID number, as well as your current, correct address. As long as you provide this information before your order ships, you can change the shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to correct it. Please note that shipping carriers will not allow us to change the recipient address once the order has been shipped. In that case, please contact us for your options.
When will my preorder arrive?
  Release dates for preorders are always tentative and rely on various factors, some of which are out of our control. An estimated release date may be listed on the product page, but these dates are subject to change. If the specified release date passes with no word of your order being shipped, please double check the product page to be sure the date has not changed. If the date is the same, contact us for more details. Should there not be any date posted, then we are unable to provide a release date at this time. However, if you no longer wish to wait for your preorder items, you can always contact us for a full refund.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Email us or send in a ticket immediately with your name (the name on the order summary), Order ID number, as well as how you'd like to change your order. As long as you provide this information before your order ships, we can make changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustments. In that case, please contact us for your options.
How do I track my order?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Please check the tracking number(s) provided at the respective carrier's website to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages all show a status of "delivered" but you are still missing items, please contact us for your options.

My order is incomplete, missing parts, or wrong.
  Email us or send in a ticket immediately with your name (the name on the order summary), Order ID number, as well a description of the missing, wrong, or incomplete items. Provide photos if possible for faster processing. We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue.
How do I track my order?
  Once your order has shipped, your tracking number and carrier info will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout (or when you set up the account on our website).

In order to expedite the shipping process, some orders from nearby Asian countries will be shipped directly from our manufacturer in Taiwan. You'll be notified if your order is shipping out of Taiwan, and you can track your package by clicking here

How long will it take to receive my shipment?
  If you are in the United States, expect 2-7 business days depending on the shipping option you select. Outside of the United States, it will be anywhere from 10-21 business days.
When will my order ship?
  Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Certain products, like modded blasters, have longer processing times. Please visit the product pages for each product's specific processing time. It is listed under the price.
