Shipping Delay and Product Availability

To protect the health and safety of our employees, we are fulfilling as many orders as we can through third party channels such as Amazon FBA. We have cut down our own package drop-offs to once per week. As our products are non-essential, they’re rightfully considered low priority by fulfillment centers and shipping carriers at this time. Please allow us an additional 5 business days to process all orders.

We have temporarily stopped all sales of made-to-order 3D-printed items. And because our manufacturer is also experiencing delays on their end, items that are currently out of stock or get sold out in the near future are not expected to be restocked any time soon.

Project Orange & Cybertek Blasters

Our planned Cybertek Kickstarter campaign is now postponed indefinitely. We will monitor the ongoing situation and determine the best time to run the campaign. Updates will be provided as we have them.

The production of our Longshot Hybrid System and Retaliator/Recon MKII Slamfire Kit have also been put on hold. Due to the aforementioned manufacturer delays, our production timeline has been pushed back by at least four months. Our manufacturer is still working on better managing and meeting everyone’s production needs. Once we have a better grasp of the exact timeline we’re looking at, we’ll notify all original pickers for these products.
