Between January and October, domestic orders will ship within 5 business days (unless otherwise noted). Should there be a delay, you'll be notified via email.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to ship your order during the busy Holiday months of November and December.
If your shipping address is located outside of United States (excluding Canada and Mexico), your order might be shipped from our Taipei, Taiwan office.
Once your order has shipped, please allow an additional 2-24 business days for your product(s) to arrive, depending on your location.
There may be a 2-3 day delay for us to provide your tracking number, but rest assured that your item(s) will be shipped within the timeframe specified above.
Selecting a faster shipping method such as priority mail will only guarantee faster transit time and does not affect the time needed to process your order.

Returns / Exchanges

Any item may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. However, you are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, including shipping costs.
Pre-orders may only be cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
Buyers who pre-order will have an additional 30 days after their item has shipped to return or exchange their item due to defect.
THE OPTION TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DECIDED SOLELY AT THE DISCRETION OF ORANGE MOD WORKS.
Split Order Guidelines
Shipping costs for orders are calculated and charged based on the assumption that every order will ship as a single shipment. As such, orders will not be split into multiple shipments and will only ship when every item in the said order is in stock, UNLESS two conditions are met.
1. The customer requests for their order to be split.
2. There are no additional shipping costs incurred.
The customer pays for any additional shipping costs.

To avoid this problem in the future, please make separate purchases for in stock items and backordered/pre-order items.
