This kit is so cool!!! Super easy to install, just watch their installation video it’s great. The feel of the metal hammer is amazing and the heavy spring delivers a solid, accurate hit (especially once you put a spacer in) Wow! This is the best kit on the market hands down! I’m going to buy one more before summer and have a pair.

5 of 5 Some people don't think it be like is, but it do. August 26, 2016

Does this mod make the HS hit harder?  Not really.  Maybe 5 fps increase, with a smidge more consistancy from my chronoing.  But you don't get this mod for a power boost, HS is a solid performer stock.

Well what does it do?  Everything else. The weight of the trigger feels better.  Darts seat more surely in the barrels and you get an extra shot.  But the biggest giggity comes from the thumb cock.  The ergonomics of the cocking mechanism make it easier to operate despite having a heavier spring.  It is extended down so that you can cock it while keeping on target, and this is huge.  The stock thumb cock makes you naturally dip the barrel up reaching for it.

And slam fire.  Reach your full McKree potential and slam fire it. 100% chance of smiling like an idiot the entire time.

In closing this makes the HS a secondary that makes you want your primary to fail or makes a primary you want to dual wield and Reaper ult a swarm of Zs. (DIE DIE DIE)

10/10 Gonna need a second.

Easy to install, perfect for 17/32 brass tube extensions. Thank you guys, for this marvellous Hammershot upgrade. Truly inspiring:

Update | The hammer broke in combination with a 9kg spring from blasterparts despite non-intensive use:

The cylinder tends to eat the rubber seal on the plunger tube. Masking the backside if painted, sanding the sharp edges and lubricating it with the excellent silicone grease is highly recommended. As a replacement for the damaged rubber seal 1.5mm self-adhesive foam rubber worked fine.

4 of 5 Almost perfect October 15, 2015
Reviewer: Evan Bourm from Bellingham, WA United States
While I imagine anyone buying OMW kits is already kind of a DIY nerfer, this kit takes a little bit of work to get perfect.

The changes I needed to make were grinding down part of the trigger, the little nub on the hammer that impacts the cushion inside the firing mech, and shell modification so the trigger would return freely.

4 of 5 great but needs tweaking October 7, 2015
Reviewer: Albert Weng from Frisco, TX United States
I have had mine for a while. However, after a while, it will strip the air seal material. I have had this to two of my internals sets already. Besides this, my kit works wonderfully when my air seal isn't stripped. Granted I was one of the early batches, so this will be fixed in the next few batches I hope. Or perhaps its just my kit. Despite that, the kit is very very good.

4 of 5 Needs a touch of tweaking for max awesomeness. July 22, 2015
Reviewer: Daniel H from OK, United States
The end result is almost like a one handed Strongarm, but to get there it needed some tweaking: I experienced the same issues as below but with lower than stock range & power. Here's my to fix
1.I had already removed the air restrictor & bored out the air hole to the internal diameter of the foam seal & filled in the dead space with hot glue. The foam seal was toast & I was losing air. I replaced that with some 1/8"craft foam & super glue & widened the air ports in the cylinder = now better than ever.
2).the hammer needed sanding as the texturing is quite aggressive. = positive comfortable priming EXTENDED HAMMER = BRILLIANCE
3).Apply some OMW lube to the trigger at the pivot point and the bottom where it slides in the frame. = Smooth trigger
4).I had to widen the notch on the hammer piece between the ext. hammer and the int. bit where the part straddles the pillar in the frame. This was hindering priming. It doesn't need much sanding and now it primes crisp and clean.

4 of 5 Trigger no good June 7, 2015
Reviewer: chris Theroux from Rochester, MN United States
Okay, first off, this is a good kit. But it needs work. First, don't use the kit's trigger, use the stock one, the rubber coating will cause it to stick and you won't be able to prim the blaster. Next, add a spring buffer for more compression. You'll need as much power as you can get. Lastly, and this is the MOST important thing, sand the hammer, the grip texture is TOO aggressive and WILL hurt your thumb. Do all these and you will have one hell of a side arm for your warring needs.
